Refund & Digital Product Policy

A one-time purchase unlocks a complete pricing report ($9.99) or adds three report unlocks ($24.99) to your company account. Unlocked reports stay in your account, keep working after you close them, and can be edited free of charge.

Because delivery is immediate, a report that has already been unlocked is generally not refundable. Unused report unlocks sitting in your account can be refunded.

If something went wrong — you were charged twice, the report didn't unlock, or the tool didn't do what we said it would — email support@bizmettle.app within 14 days of the charge with the email address on your account. We review every request personally and refund to your original payment method when it's warranted.

Approved refunds are issued through Stripe and usually appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

The Unlimited monthly plan is covered by the subscription and cancellation policy.
