Privacy Policy

Your account email, the business details you enter (business name, type, service area, pay rate, running costs, goals), the jobs you price and the decisions you record, and basic payment records when you buy a report or a subscription.

To run the app for you: calculate pricing, save your jobs, show your pricing health, manage your team workspace and apply your purchases. We also use your email to send account and support messages.

Card payments are processed by Stripe. BizMettle never sees or stores your full card number. Stripe handles the payment details under its own privacy policy.

We don't sell your information. We share it only with the services that make the app work (hosting, database, email delivery and Stripe), or when the law requires it. Quotes you send to your own customers contain only what you put in them.

You can edit your business profile and jobs at any time. Ask us to export or delete your account data and we'll take care of it. Deleting your account removes your business profile, jobs and saved reports.
